Lydia and Nafiz had the most unique wedding at the Martin House Brewing Company in Dallas Fort Worth, Texas. Their wedding landed on Friday the 13th, so they definitely leaned into that theme for their wedding day which was EPIC!
If Lydia and Nafiz could have a theme song for their wedding:
The Martin House, A Unique Dallas Wedding Venue
I love it when couples choose an unconventional wedding venue, it really speaks about their personalities. I was so pumped when Lydia and Nafiz chose the Martin House Brewing Company because it’s such a great wedding venue in the Dallas Fort Worth area. The building has great character and it also offers a great ceremony space where you will have great views of the city in the distance. It’s really a one-stop shop, you can have all of your wedding in one place!
A Wonderfully Unique Bride And Groom
Lydia and Nafiz chose their primary wedding color as red and I was all here for it! Lydia wore a traditional bridal lace gown and she paired her dress with a red veil and red checkered sneakers. Lydia’s bouquet were colors of reds, pinks, whites, and oranges; her whole look was everything! Nafiz wore a red groom suit with the same red checkered sneakers. Their wedding party also leaned into the look and they all wore sneakers. Together, these colorful looks were stunning and so vibrant!
Golden Hour Wedding Portraits
After their beautiful ceremony, we took some golden hour wedding portraits. Of course we had to capture some pictures in front of the building, and then we took some close portraits of the newlyweds. I zoomed in on Lydia’s tattoos, her pride and joy. She is a talented tattoo artist and her artwork was insane! After some epic outdoor portraits, we made our way into the brewery and took some shots in the barrel room. They were so relaxed and it was such a great time!
A Culturally Fun Wedding Reception
Before we knew it, it was time to join their family and friends. Their wedding party had goofy and fun entrances and they walked to Hey Good Lookin’ By Jimmy Buffet! Then it was the bride and groom’s turn. Lydia traded her veil for a custom red leather jacket and they shotgun some beers – very rock and roll! The reception was fun and everyone celebrated the couple so beautifully. Another thing that I loved is that they showed how important their families meant to them. Lydia and Nafiz infused their American and Middle Eastern cultures together through dance and food. Congratulations to Lydia and Nafiz!
