The Drumms had an ethereal wedding at the stunning Arrowwood Weddings & Events in Dallas, Texas. Their wedding was held in the middle of the woods and it was full of ethereal wedding inspiration.

Tucked away in the woods of Palmer TX, sits the Arrowwood Weddings & Venue. This location offers a non-traditional venue with lush greenery, and beautiful mature trees, providing a one of kind indoor outdoor wedding experience. This venue is perfect for nature lovers and untraditional couples.

DIY Ethereal Wedding Touches

The couple with the help of their friends and family did pretty much everything from the decor to the DJ, hair and makeup, and coordinator all being friends of the couple. The groom is a hockey player so he wanted “walk up” photos taken when they arrived at the venue. That’s also the reasoning behind the bride’s jacket and the stitching on the groom’s garment bag.

Ethereal Wedding Inspiration

The Drumms loved the venue for intimacy being in the middle of the woods surrounded by natural beauty. The ceremony space at Arrowwood has this whimsical ambiance, making it the perfect location to use greenery, and simple yet elegant wedding decor.

The bride wore the ultimate ethereal fairy wedding dress — it was long sleeved, flowy, made of lace, and romantic. The groom enhanced the greenery by wearing an emerald tuxedo. The bridesmaids wore dark shades of maroon, purple and green, whereas, the groomsmen wore black and maroon tuxedos. This color combination screamed ethereal wedding theme.

The bride changed into a second outfit which was unique, flirty, and fun. She paired it with some cool boots so she can dance the night away. I love these different touches – the day is all about you!
